Here at SUMMIT, we're dedicated to providing high-quality coaching, whilst offering a supportive community where our members are our highest priority. Small Group Personal Training allows us to maintain the attention of a 1-1 with the support and encouragement of a group session. 

 

With years of experience, our coaches can support you, whatever your ability, whether you are an experienced lifter or it is your first session. 

 

With an extensive timetable and smooth booking system, you will be able to tailor your training however busy you are.

About Patrick 

Head Coach

I recognise the individuality of each member, which is why I am dedicated to helping members reach their unique goals, whether it's fat loss or competitive fitness. Leveraging my extensive expertise in weight training and cardiovascular fitness, and collaborating with specialist Harriet, I ensure that your exercise programming is both efficient and effective. Together, we tailor each workout to meet your specific needs and aspirations, ensuring that you achieve optimal results.

After leaving my previous career as an accountant, I immersed myself in the fitness industry, gaining as much hands-on experience as possible. This dedication means that every workout you undertake has been meticulously tried and tested. Additionally, my keen interest in the latest podcasts, vlogs, and fitness trends ensures that our workouts are not only current but also innovative, keeping your fitness journey ahead of the curve.

Founding SUMMIT has been a lifelong dream of mine, and being able to bring it to fruition alongside Harriet is immensely fulfilling. Our aim is to expand our gym and deliver exceptional personal training to as many people as possible. We are passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals and are committed to providing the best training experience to support your journey to health and wellness.

About Harriet

Head Coach

With almost 7 years of coaching under my belt, I have always been eager to follow my passion and expose myself to as many varieties of weightlifting as possible. Starting with CrossFit progressing into Olympic weightlifting and now a hybrid style of training, I developed the skills to offer high-quality personal training to clients looking to improve their strength and endurance.

 

Based on my own experiences, coaching has been a powerful way for me to demonstrate how improving your health and moving your body can positively impact your life.

 

My constant pursuit of self-improvement in coaching has led me to also take on tough physical endeavours, including running marathons up mountains, CrossFit competitions, and discovering my new love for HYROX.

 

SUMMIT has been a dream of mine for an incredibly long time and has been a driving force for my own personal growth. I am excited to offer a space to you that not only allows members to achieve their fitness goals but also fosters a community that promotes the importance of movement for mental health and well-being.

Harri is without a doubt the best trainer I’ve ever had! She is super compassionate, knowledgeable and is great at motivating you to be the best version of yourself. Training with Harri really helped me to get to a better place physically and mentally.
